We negotiate and draft agreements to aquire, finance, develop and lease real estate, as well as resolve disputes concerning these matters and title issues. We provide advice and advocacy concerning land contamination and Americans With Disabilities Act issues. We also provide representation as to leased fee conversions of subdivisions and condominiums.

Our background in construction law enables us to represent clients ranging from developers and general contractors to subcontractors and suppliers, offering them timely and effective counsel on vital industry issues and legal matters. We draft and negotiate architect and contractor agreements for the construction of hotels and other multi-faceted developments. We litigate, mediate and arbitrate disputes arising from prime contracts and subcontracts for the major construction projects. We have fought onerous regulatory constraints participating in state and federal administrative rule-making proceedings and court challenges when necessary.
